Ohhhh no baby, what is you doing?
Charcoal peel off masks are ALL the rage now! Of course I get the appeal. Who doesn't want baby bottom, silky smooth, ohhhh gawd fresh faced skin? In the words of Keith Sweat "nobody"!
Don't get me wrong this is not going to be a bash post. Let's be honest, at the end of the day, it's your face and your money that you're spending. Would I love for you to spend it with us, OF COURSE!!! However, my mission in these posts are to educate and not sell/convience you to buy so you can make better choices as a consumer. Point. Blank. Period. Now for the self servicing business plug, if you would like to buy what we are selling in this post, feel free to shop activated charcoal soaps at www.mygardenofedyn.com.
Now to the fun part; Learning
When you are applying the peel off masks, and this is for any masks that are currently on the market, the fact is that you really are peeling of a layer of your skin. No skin care professional is going to outright tell you that peeling off your skin outside of the care and instructions of a doctor or professional esthetician will be a great DIY project for at home use. Why you may ask? Well we do not want to get sued is the simple answer. I would suggest that you make a consultation with a professional and should they recommend a DIY or monitored program at home, they would be able to give you the appropriate instructions.
For the alternate suggested areas to pay attention to in regards to home DIY or maintenance...try soaps or wash off masks that have the same properties of the peel off masks. You can find them at local drugstores in your local area.
Have fun with your skin care and happy rejuvenating!
